Maintenance Technician / 4 day work week Location: Plainfield, Indiana Salary: $32-$40 per hour Requirements: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for an expanding company. Should have knowledge of technical methods to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance. Experience in repair of CNC and welding equipment is very helpful. Duties: Troubleshoot and repair machinery using test equipment, technical manuals and remote support systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to support equipment and plant repairs. This position will support repairs for mechanical and electrical systems. Option to work a 4 day work week Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. Earn an additional $3 per hour for off shift position plus additional overtime pay. Ability to operate, set up and maintain a CNC machine. Ability to handle one-off jobs as well as set‑up and prove‑out production jobs. Interpret blue prints, sketches and engineering specifications. Familiarity with G and M codes Special Note: This is a day shift position Monday - Thursday. Duties: Machine component parts by operating, setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Maintain quality, safety standards, record keeping and maintaining equipment. This is a state of the art machining operation. 4 day work week Monday - Thursday and off Friday - Sunday. Quality Engineer Seeking a Quality Engineer with manufacturing quality experience in some or all of the following: IATF 16949 Capacity Analysis Failure Analysis ISO Standards Customer Contact New Product Launch Duties: Utilize your knowledge to assist others working with Product Design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities and assembly methods to ensure quality control standards are met. 10% bonus Experience in Project Engineering, Project Management or Program Management working in cross functional environments. Support transition of key processes from outsourced to in‑house (e.g., tube bending, cold plates) Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements. Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams. 12% yearly bonus Global Director of Engineering – Sensors Salary: $200,000 to $250,000 (25% Bonus) Requirements: Seeking a Director / Manager of Development Engineering for sensors. Should have a diverse application for sensors such as automotive, commercial vehicle, off road, industrial or adjacent markets. Should have management of engineering groups for both U.S. and globally. Duties: You will lead the development of sensor products for the U.S. and global markets. This will include developing electronic‑based products, incorporating embedded microcontrollers, sensors and firmware. Will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to include electrical, firmware, mechanical and systems engineering disciplines. Special note: If you are living within a 100 mile radius of Chicago no relocation required. However relocation cost can be provided. Global Sales Manager Salary: $200,00 to $250,000 (20-30% Bonus) Requirements: Seeking a Global Sales Manager with experience in smart sensors and or electronic based products incorporating embedded microcontrollers and firmware. Should have managed a global sales force and be willing to travel to various different countries. Automotive sensor applications are very helpful. This role leads and directs selling teams through direct sales, channel distribution, online distribution, and strategic business development activities.
