Branch Manager

This onsite opportunity allows you to drive strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your passion for empowering team members and developing their skills through coaching will directly impact our member experience. The role requires traveling between the branches. What you will do as a Branch Manager Drive strategic oversight and develop financial objectives and comprehensive business plans. Manage budget, staff hiring, training, scheduling, and enforce policies and procedures. Analyze branch metrics, assess performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead and inspire dedicated staff, providing coaching to realize their potential career paths. Requirements for Branch Manager Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 5‑7 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of effective team management and branch profitability. Familiarity with industry rules and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals while maintaining high standards of passion and character. Excellent organizational, communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail. Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union.
