What You’ll Do Manage a Diverse Caseload: Take ownership of a robust civil litigation docket focusing specifically on landlord/tenant and evictions litigation. Drive Cases to Resolution: Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. Client Advocacy: Develop tailored litigation strategies and work directly as the primary point of contact for clients. Focus on Billable Impact: Collaborate with a skilled team of paralegals and support staff, allowing you to maximize your billable hours and focus on high-value legal work. What We Are Looking For Experience: 2 to 5 years of active civil litigation experience. Billable Savvy: Familiarity with defense-side or private-firm billing practices, with a strong understanding of how to capture time accurately and meet billable targets. Drive & Autonomy: An attorney who is ready to step into court, advocate passionately for clients, and run cases with minimal hand-holding. Credentials: Active license to practice law in Colorado.
