Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Account Executive to build relationships with leading organizations and help solve meaningful business and technology challenges. You will receive structured sales training, hands-on mentorship, and early exposure to clients and business leaders. Prior staffing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and excited to build a long-term career in sales. What You’ll Do Build relationships with business and technology leaders through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings Learn a consultative sales approach and lead discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals and challenges Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through closing, account growth, and ongoing relationship management Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to connect clients with the right talent and consulting solutions Grow accounts, track activity, follow through on commitments, and consistently work toward individual and team goals What We’re Looking For You do not need to check every box to be successful here.
