STEP Field Sales Rep - Surgical (Boston)

Medtronic seeks a Field Sales Representative for an 18-month rotational development program in the Boston surgical territory. The role combines hands-on operating room support with clinical training across multiple surgical portfolios, requiring up to 75% travel within the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and product support during surgical procedures in operating room settings.
- Develop technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia product portfolios.
- Establish and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and customer accounts.
- Support sales activities, territory planning, and product conversion initiatives.
- Analyze territory data to identify business opportunities and performance trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience, or associate degree with 2+ years, or bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA
- Valid driver's license and ability to relocate within the United States
- Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned territory
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
- Preferred: 1-3 years sales experience in healthcare or medical technology
