Responsibilities Provide support to software systems. Participate in the evaluation, development, and support of new or existing systems. Serve as an inter‑departmental liaison to ensure effective and efficient utilization of systems. Assist with the coordination of the activities of the Configuration Team. Required Skills Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in operation of computerized applications. Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and operating systems. Strong functional and detailed analysis skills with a process‑oriented focus. Proficient in creative problem solving and excellent analytical skills. Required Experience Two years of experience supporting software systems with emphasis on departmental relations, project planning, and communication techniques. Experience in managing and supporting software‑related projects, including stakeholder interaction, scope analysis, testing, documentation, and change management. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle. Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field with extensive training in information systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
