You will manage lobby activity, support high-profile guests, and ensure a secure, seamless experience for everyone entering the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lobby representative for employees, executives, and high-profile clients
• Deliver top-tier customer service with a polished, professional demeanor
• Monitor lobby access, verify credentials, and manage visitor check-in
• Maintain constant situational awareness and respond appropriately to unusual activity
• Assist guests with directions, information, and support while upholding corporate standards
• Communicate clearly with building management, security leadership, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and corporate etiquette at all times

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience in a corporate, hospitality, or high-profile environment
• Strong background in security or front-of-house operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and executive-level presence
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive in a busy lobby setting
• Strong judgment, reliability, and situational awareness
• Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
