Line Cook We are a fun, fast, friendly Neighborhood Tavern looking for a Line Cook to join our team. Job Overview To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business by preparing a variety of hot and cold food items following recipes and quality standards. Your positive attitude, creative mindset, and team mentality will help us deliver an outstanding dining experience. Essential Responsibilities Report to work on time according to the schedule and maintain a clean uniform that meets restaurant requirements. Prep all food items to company specifications, ensuring proper recipes, plate presentation, and quality standards. Demonstrate proper food‑safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills. Know and follow emergency procedures for the restaurant. Maintain the highest degree of sanitation and food safety for the prep area, including tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, and walls. Work safely and efficiently, reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
