Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, an established organization based in Buena Park, is seeking an experienced Real Estate / Leasing Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal with strong experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, leasing matters, and related legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial leases and real estate matters and be comfortable managing a high volume of documents, deadlines, and communications with internal teams, outside counsel, landlords, tenants, brokers, and other third parties. Responsibilities Support business teams with a broad range of commercial real estate and leasing matters Draft, review, revise, and organize commercial leases, amendments, renewals, assignments, subleases, estoppels, SNDAs, notices, and other lease-related documentation Assist with lease negotiations and track changes, outstanding issues, approvals, and execution Maintain lease files, abstracts, critical dates, renewal options, expirations, and other key obligations Coordinate document execution and ensure all agreements and supporting materials are complete and properly maintained Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing documentation as needed Review and organize title reports, surveys, property records, corporate documents, and other transaction materials Coordinate with outside counsel, property teams, brokers, landlords, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders Track deadlines and provide proactive follow-up on outstanding documents and action items Maintain organized electronic and physical legal files Assist with additional contracts, corporate matters, and special projects as needed Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on commercial real estate and/or leasing Strong working knowledge of commercial lease documents and real estate transactions Experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, real estate company, property management organization, or similar environment Ability to review and understand complex legal documents and identify key dates, terms, and obligations Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems Paralegal certificate or equivalent relevant experience preferred Must be able to work onsite in Buena Park, CA Salary Range $90,000-$110,000 base with excellent benefits, DOE, Onsite 5x a week #J-18808-Ljbffr The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA
