Apply now and be a part of our mission to support the world's greatest business jets!MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor of Science in Computer related/Information Systems or equivalent work experience• Five (5) years of experience in a System Analyst, Business System Analyst role• Three (3) years of experience using Agile Tools (Jira, Azure Devops or equivalent)• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and process analysis• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering workflows• Experience supporting ERP integrations and data interfaces• Strong verbal communication skills to present information before groups, departments, and management• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsPRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): • Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts and perform system, functional and integration testing• Provide MIS Management and Project Management with rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates and clear status for system analysis / testing activities• Develop process documentation, user guides and standard operational procedures• Collaborate with the software / data engineering and business analysis teams to design new solutions and ensure quick resolution of bugs identified during testing• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects• Validate and assist with the review of other system analysts' deliverables• Mentor more junior resources in system analysis / testing best practicesWORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to work at desk and computer for a significant portion of the day (minimum of 6 hours).ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Familiarity with ERP systems, DevOps, SQL or data analysis tools and API integrations• SAP ERP; Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Engineering Change Management• Experience in aerospace and/or industrial manufacturingCompensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position typically falls between $95k to $110k per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
