RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Title

Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, document, and educate patients and their families. Communicates relevant patient and family information effectively with the healthcare team and participates in identifying and implementing solutions to achieve patient care goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans
Ability to perform a broad range of professional nursing responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Experience with OBIX
Experience with Epic EMR

Schedule & Additional Information

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Every weekend required
Up to one (1) week of requested time off (RTO) may be approved at the start of the assignment
