Administrative Assistant – Accounting & Office Support – Full-Time

Victory Ford is seeking a self-motivated, organized professional to join our office team. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to grow and become a valuable member of our team.

Schedule:

The typical schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, there may be occasional hours outside of the typical schedule or possible hours on Saturday required to provide backup support for reception coverage.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer proficiency
• Office, customer service, or accounting experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Support daily office and administrative operations
• Process paperwork, records, and data entry accurately
• Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Coordinate with dealership departments and management as needed
