Description: Third Eye Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery that believes in lots of experimentation and trying new things to help open your Third Eye! We are looking for a self-directed, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Third Eye taproom located in Sharonville, OH. Must have a positive attitude, be willing to work hard, and have fun! Position Reports To: Taproom Manager & Kitchen Manager Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of facilities (expo line, tables, etc.) Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately Help remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables Maintain inventory of stock (ketchup, plates, napkins, etc.) Assist beertenders with duties pertaining to service of guests Other duties as assigned by the manager Requirements & Qualifications: Prior beverage or restaurant industry experience (preferred but not required) Ability to work on foot and move for the entirety of the shift Highly motivated to learn and follow instruction Ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high-volume shifts Reliable transportation to and from the workplace Flexibility to work unconventional hours Self-motivation, high energy attitude, and sense of urgency Compensation: Hourly + tips Discount on food, beer (if 21+), and merchandise All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
