This role focuses on designing and implementing HR operating models, organizational structures, and improving HR process efficiency. You will advise organizations on people‑related challenges, lead change management, organizational design, and HR transformation initiatives. You will support engagement activities from planning through implementation, managing potential issues and risks, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and motivating diverse teams. Responsibilities Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures. Improve HR process efficiency and advise on people‑related challenges with a focus on change management. Drive large‑scale change strategies, organizational design, and HR transformation projects. Support engagement activities from planning to implementation, identifying and managing issues and risks during client assignments. Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 5 years of related work experience. Alternate: a Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience. 1–4 years of experience with large‑scale HR projects in a professional services or consulting firm, or in‑house HR management. 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency. 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals and presentations. 1 year of experience managing a junior consulting team. Travel up to 50%, including up to 10% international. Employer accepts suitable combinations of education, training, and experience.
