Wisconsin | Field-Based | Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and working independently in the field? We're looking for a Field Sales Representative to help grow an exciting new delivery partner program across communities throughout Wisconsin.

In this role, you'll connect with local business owners, introduce a unique business opportunity, and guide qualified partners through the application and onboarding process. You'll manage your own territory, build a strong pipeline, and play a key role in expanding the program's presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel throughout an assigned territory to meet with prospective business partners.
• Conduct in-person outreach and door-to-door visits to local businesses.
• Present the partnership opportunity and generate interest from business owners.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process.
• Manage and track all prospect activity in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and referral sources.
• Support and participate in community events, networking functions, and recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to support pipeline growth and performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the partner onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, business development, or account management experience.
• Previous outside sales or field sales experience required.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and applications.
• Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip daily.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role with 4-5 days per week spent visiting businesses and attending community events throughout Wisconsin, including areas around La Crosse, Rhinelander, and Eau Claire/Menomonie. When not in the field, you'll work remotely managing your pipeline, conducting follow-up activities, and preparing for upcoming outreach efforts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
