Litigation Paralegal Position

Dordick Law Corporation, an award-winning civil litigation personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury including sexual assault. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our Beverly Hills office.

As a litigation paralegal at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Key Responsibilities:

• Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed)
• Tracking SOLs
• Discovery - Propounding and Responding
• Reservation of Court Hearing Dates
• Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos
• Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial
• Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating)
• Expert Retention
• Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts
• Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos.
• Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Incredible organizational skills
• High proficiency with technology, including AI
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
• You must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
