Entry-Level Office Assistant

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and friendly Entry-Level Office Assistant to support daily office and facility operations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, entering data, moving around frequently, and assisting with basic manual tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with employees, visitors, and customers.
• Assist with organizing materials and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Perform light manual labor and other duties as needed.
• Operate a forklift when qualified and trained to do so.
• Move frequently throughout the workday and assist in different areas as needed.
• Work safely and effectively in hot or warm working conditions.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; previous office experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Comfortable performing some manual labor.
• Able to work in hot conditions for extended periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move frequently throughout the workday.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Friendly, professional, and able to work well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Work Environment This position involves a combination of office and operational duties. The employee should be comfortable working around a facility environment, moving frequently throughout the day, and occasionally working in hot conditions and assisting with physical tasks.
