Job Description Food Lead Worker Location: EAST TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY - 76551001 Workdays/shifts: ANY SHIFT (OPEN AVAILABILITY). More details provided during interview process. Employment Type: Full-time Pay Range: $13 per hour - $17 per hour What You’ll Do As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menus and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people’s faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives. Responsibilities May work in any type of food location on client premises under on-site management and/or supervisors. Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services. Performs day‑to‑day assignments in addition to supervision duties. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution. Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. Qualifications Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurtures a healthy/safe working environment for all. 1 or more years of related work experience.
