Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines

 

1. Strong & proven FGPP issue/case analysis: triage, recreation, trace analysis, DB and GUI usage.
2. Deep FGPP business and functional knowledge
3. Proven hands-on FGPP configuration experience (Profiles & Rules)
4. Customer-facing experience: leading technical calls.
5. Experience with FGPP from the last 3 years (FGPP 3.x)
