Operations Manager – Maintenance & Snow
$65K–$75K + Bonus | Company Vehicle
Ace Outdoor Services, a leading provider of outdoor maintenance and snow operations services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager. This key role is integral to our company's success. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions, ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead 10–12 crews and take full ownership of daily production, quality, and results.
This is a hands-on leadership role — not entry level.
What You’ll Do
Run daily operations, scheduling, and crew routing
Lead crews and enforce quality standards
Manage snow operations and response during winter
Oversee equipment, fleet, and job readiness
Track labor, production, and job performance
Train, develop, and hold teams accountable
What We’re Looking For
3+ years managing maintenance and snow operations
Experience managing 30+ crew members and leaders
Commercial and residential experience required
Strong leadership and ability to drive results
Understanding of labor, production, and job costing
Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
$65,000–$75,000 + bonus opportunities

Field + office role. Outdoor work required. On-call during snow season.
