Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

Virguez Law has an immediate opening for an experienced,  Bilingual (English / Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager to join our firm in Duluth. This position mainly works on site with 1 work from home day per week after management approval. Therefore, we cannot consider any out of state or out of country applicants. 

Case Managers (CM) oversee the lifecycle of a legal case once assigned. They are responsible for ensuring that every case detail is meticulously managed, organized, and documented in our software, and that client interactions are handled in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This includes calling and speaking to clients in English/Spanish as required, following-up on treatment(s) with providers, tracking bills, and handling the reductions and/or negotiations on cases. CMs work closely with our attorneys, clients, team members, insurance adjusters, and medical providers seeking the best-case client outcomes possible.

Professional Qualifications:

• Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish: speaking, reading, and writing (no exceptions)
• 2+ years minimum Personal Injury Case Management experience required
• Must have exceptional organizational and follow up skills with an acute attention to detail
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of insurance policy terminology, items contained on the declaration page, and how it affects the case
• Possesses excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with all clients, providers, insurance adjustors, co-workers and attorneys
• Ability to accurately and efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Skilled at working independently and with a team
  
• Excellent customer telephone etiquette for interacting with clients on calls and answering overflow calls from reception required
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Quick Learner
• Filevine experience is a plus
