We're partnering with an established organization seeking a hands-on MSP Program Manager to launch and lead a new, vendor-neutral Managed Service Provider program supporting the education sector. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial MSP professional who enjoys building programs, implementing technology, and turning strategy into operational success. What You'll Do Lead the development and launch of a new MSP program, including processes, workflows, and supplier partnerships. Oversee Vendor Management System (VMS) implementation, configuration, and optimization. Partner with legal and leadership teams on client contracts, MSAs, and supplier agreements. Build and manage a high-performing supplier network. Drive program operations, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Support client onboarding and ensure successful program implementations. What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of experience in MSP, VMS, contingent workforce, or staffing program operations. Hands-on experience implementing or configuring VMS technology. Experience with supplier management, contracts, and program launches. Strong project management skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. Experience in education, healthcare, or public-sector staffing is a plus.
