Associate Delivery Manager

Supporting project execution in a customer-facing role, the full-time Associate Delivery Manager will manage workstreams, facilitate meetings, and build relationships with stakeholders while working towards becoming a full Delivery Manager. Key responsibilities Support end-to-end engagement execution including status reporting, meeting facilitation, risk tracking, and operational coordination Build and maintain working relationships with customer stakeholders, services sellers, architects, and third-party partners Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and complete training in Outcome Based Delivery Methodology Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or project coordination, ideally in a federal or public sector environment Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and workstreams within a larger project Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or Scrum certification a plus Familiarity with US federal delivery environments or government contracting constructs is a plus
