SAP Business One Consultant – Houston, Texas – Office-Based – $110,000 Location: Houston, Texas (Office-based) Salary: Up to $110,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join their team in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for an ERP professional looking to take ownership of implementation and optimization projects while working closely with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company's SAP Business One environment, helping to drive process improvements and maximize the value of the ERP system. The Role As the SAP Business One Consultant, you will be responsible for working with business users to gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective ERP solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert for SAP B1 and support ongoing projects, enhancements, and system development initiatives. This is a fully office-based position and would suit someone who enjoys collaborating closely with users and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and support SAP Business One implementation and enhancement projects Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders Configure and optimize SAP Business One to support operational needs Work closely with users across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams Support integrations with third-party applications and business systems Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and system documentation Provide user training and ongoing ERP support Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Support testing, upgrades, and future ERP initiatives Requirements Proven experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP consulting, implementation, or functional support experience Strong understanding of business processes including finance, inventory, purchasing, and sales Experience with SQL and reporting tools is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits Competitive salary up to $110,000 Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid Time Off and Holidays Career progression opportunities Stable and growing organization Collaborative office environment To apply, please submit your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henley Morgan Limited
