Job Description No Experience Needed AM Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Safety – Integrity – Customer Focus – Respect & Trust – Accountability – Excellence As a KanBan Operator you will: Process parts through the Kanban production area, including cutting of material to specific lengths using horizontal band saws and chop saws, facing and deburring of tubes. Cut material to length with horizontal/chop saws based on start dates on the daily cut list. Facing tube ends using 2CP/3CP end finish machines. Deburr tube ends with a deburr machine. Trim straight tubes to customer‑required length using calipers. Log completed jobs in KPI/ERP systems. Bundle and load jobs to Bend staging racks sorted by job number, material type, quantity and center line radius. Perform equipment preventative maintenance, including checking belts, lubricating machines, inspecting and replacing saw blades. Maintain 5’s + Safety of department. Meet productivity goals set by department. Use required PPE. Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate. Qualifications Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly. English verbal and written skills. Ability to wear required PPE (respirators and safety glasses). High School diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills.
