STC Advocate As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of a leading online automotive retailer! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you'll often be the first in-person interaction customers have with the company. Your role is key in delivering a seamless, professional, and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage 6-8 customer appointments daily Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to complete vehicle purchase transactions Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and finalize paperwork using an iPad Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record Support your team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Valid, active driver's license 6+ months of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule Contract-to-Hire Opportunity This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a clear path for career growth. After approximately 3 months, you'll be eligible for conversion to a direct employee based on performance and business needs. Upon conversion, you'll transition into the Truck Hauler role with increased earning potential. These are not semi-trucks or CDL-required vehicles. Apply today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN 55121. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
