Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs. Communicate proactively and regularly with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate. Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently. Working Conditions Generally indoor environment with moderate noise. Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours. Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required. Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment. Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature. Physical Requirements Travel as needed within district. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Access all store areas safely. Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete required training successfully. Operate all necessary equipment, including forklifts if age-appropriate. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
