Finding the houses isn't your job. Selling them is. You'll own our investor buyer list and grow it. That means daily calls, real relationships, and showing up where investors and agents actually are — events, meetups, and the sold transactions that tell you who's actually buying. Some buyers come from relationships we've built over a decade here. Others we find because we went looking. You'll do both. You won't do it alone. You'll price homes alongside us, work directly with our acquisitions reps on deals as they come together, and have admin support behind you moving files toward the closing table. What you own is the buyer relationship and the details of your own deals — clean in the CRM, clear in your communication, so nobody has to chase you for what a deal needs. We've sold over 1,100 houses since 2015. The playbook works, and we'll teach it to you. What we're looking for is someone who takes action without being asked, keeps a dozen deals straight, and wants to be one of the faces of one of the premier off-market housing providers in Pittsburgh. Compensation We offer competitive base pay plus commissions and benefits. Come in, do the work, and get after it — you'll have no problem landing at the top of that range in year one, with room to grow well past it as we do. This is a phone-first role, and outbound is how the list grows Source new buyers through networking events, meetups, agent relationships, and sold transaction data that shows who's actively purchasing Sell 40 to 50 available properties across investment deals, retail listings, and our own finished flips Run showings and know the inventory and the neighborhoods well enough to sell them Price properties alongside our team and bring real buyer feedback into those conversations Generate, present, and negotiate offers across all three deal types Build relationships with agents and brokers on the MLS side to reach buyers beyond our own list Work directly with our acquisitions reps as deals come together, and tell them what's actually selling so we buy more of it Keep every deal clean in the CRM and communicate clearly enough that our admin and transaction teams never have to chase you for what a file needs Own the dispositions scorecard — present the numbers, don't just fill them in Qualifications: Pennsylvania real estate license, or you'll have one within 90 days — we'll cover the cost A track record in sales with numbers you can speak to. Real estate, or anything else with a quota Comfortable living on the phone. Most of your day is outbound, and you're the one deciding to make the next call Organized enough to keep a dozen deals straight at once without anyone tracking them for you Clear communicator with buyers, agents, acquisitions reps, and our admin team Experience across both investment and retail sales is a strong plus Willing to be out at events and meetups where investors and agents actually are Comfortable in a CRM and spreadsheets; we will train you on our specifics You know Pittsburgh, or you'll learn it fast enough that buyers believe you Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Compensation:
