Haul Truck Driver

Compensation Starting wages: $26.50 per hour with rate increases depending on experience. Sign‑on bonus and referral bonus each $2,500. Benefits 10 paid holidays. Paid PTO. 401(k) plan. Responsibilities Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on equipment. Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including greasing, checking and filling fluids, fueling, and cleaning. Maintain MSHA training for working in mine or open‑pit environments, and follow all Federal MSHA regulations while on the mine site. Use three points of contact when climbing up or down a ladder to enter or exit the cab. Demonstrate basic controls and safe operation of equipment. Perform work‑site inspections before and after work is completed. Work safely with other team members and independently, recognizing and reporting hazards. Assist with other jobs and work details as assigned when equipment is not needed. Follow all company policies and procedures, including all safety policies. Operate equipment in winter weather conditions; work outdoors year‑round and be available for different shifts as needed.
