Job Summary:
The Operating Room (OR) healthcare professional position is located in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves providing surgical services across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, urology, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, and pain management. Candidates are required to bring their California licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Variable shifts, primarily around 8:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California state license (pending accepted), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of OR experience, and Epic charting system experience.
• Specialties and Skills: Orthopedics, urology, general, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, with skills including ambulatory OR procedures, ankle fusion, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, arthroscopy, breast augmentation, hernia repair, laparoscopic procedures, mastectomy, sinus procedures, tonsillectomy, and more.
• Certifications: BLS.
• Travel and Floating: Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location or to affiliate hospitals; refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• References: Two references covering a minimum of 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required prior to start.
• Holidays: Candidate must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
• Additional Requirements: Must include SSN, date of birth, and RTO (Request for Time Off) details at submission.
