Internship, Analyst, Digital Communication (Fall 2026)

What to Expect Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August or September 2026 and continue through fall term (ending approximately December 2026) or continuing into Winter/Spring 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. What You’ll Do Proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and downstream conversion through data analysis Write SQL queries to analyze campaign performance across regions, countries, customer segments and lifecycle stages Build automated reports and operationalize insights into repeatable frameworks to track business impact from campaigns Identify trends in topic performance and send timing to assess the impact of frequency and user fatigue Analyze incremental lift and performance by segmentation and content strategy Evaluate how subject lines, body length and messaging themes correlate with engagement and business impact Develop and execute advanced targeting logic based on behavioral and lifecycle criteria to generate complex send lists Partner with ML teams to support feature validation and measure the performance of model-driven cohorts against control groups What You’ll Bring Strong SQL skills (ability to independently write complex queries) Experience working with large datasets (internship, academics or research experience) Ability to translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining structured approaches Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks preferred Familiarity with Python or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) preferred Interest in personalization, lifecycle communications, or ML applications preferred Experience working cross-functionally preferred Benefits Medical plans (including options with $0 payroll deduction) Dental and vision plans (including orthodontic coverage) Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution when enrolled in a High Deductible Medical Plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Basic Life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance (90-day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and vacation time, flexible time for salary positions, and paid holidays Backup childcare and parenting support resources Commuter benefits Company-paid discounts and perks program Expected Compensation: $20.91 - $38.70/hour + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
