The Opportunity We are seeking a Pricing, Cost, & Margin Analyst to support margin management, product costing, and supplier negotiations across FOCO’s consumer products portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products are competitively priced while meeting margin targets and business objectives. Working cross-functionally with Product Development, Sourcing, Finance, Production, Sales, and Licensing, this position offers hands‑on exposure to global sourcing and regular collaboration with overseas manufacturing partners through international travel to Asia. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in CPG, licensed products, or manufacturing-driven environments. What You’ll Do Build and maintain detailed costing models for assigned product categories Analyze FOB pricing, landed costs, and gross margin implications Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support margin improvement initiatives Partner with Finance to ensure pricing aligns with corporate margin targets Support Sales with pricing strategy for key accounts and channels Supplier Costing & Negotiation Support and participate in price negotiations with Asia‑based factories Benchmark supplier pricing across regions, categories, and materials Track raw material, labor, and market trends impacting cost Evaluate supplier efficiency, capacity, and costing practices during factory visits Partner with Product Development and Sourcing on specification‑driven cost decisions Work with Production to understand manufacturing timelines and constraints Communicate pricing updates and cost changes to Sales, Licensing, and Leadership Support SKU setup, cost maintenance, and pricing updates within ERP systems Travel to Asia (China, Vietnam, and other regions as needed) Travel to Mexico Participate in factory tours, costing reviews, and supplier negotiations Gather insights to support strategic sourcing and pricing decisions Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in pricing, costing, sourcing, finance, or product operations Experience working with international suppliers (Asia preferred) Ability to travel internationally up to 30% Preferred Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or licensed merchandise Exposure to FOB pricing, factory cost breakdowns, or supplier negotiations Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics GP, etc.) Pricing and margin analysis Cost modeling and financial acumen Cross‑cultural communication Attention to detail and problem‑solving Strong stakeholder collaboration Directly impact product profitability and pricing strategy Collaborate with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations Work on officially licensed products fans love worldwide #J-18808-Ljbffr FOCO
