Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Solid understanding of behavior intervention planning, assessment, and delivery
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage and prioritize needs across multiple sites

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavior support and intervention services to students in grades 7-12
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data collection
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote best practices
• Deliver staff training, modeling, and support around behavioral strategies
• Support transition planning and generalization of skills within the school context
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality
