Vertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced Private Duty Nursing Account Executive to grow our Private Duty Nursing services throughout Palm Beach County.
We are looking for a high-energy healthcare sales professional with an established book of business, strong referral relationships, and a proven track record of generating referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Grow Private Duty Nursing referrals and patient census.
Develop and maintain relationships with VA, managed care, hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners .
Identify and develop new referral sources and accounts.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and community outreach.
Educate referral partners and families about Vertus HealthCare's services.
Work closely with Intake, Clinical, and Staffing teams to support successful admissions.
Maintain existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in Private Duty Nursing, home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales .
Established book of business and strong referral network in Palm Beach County strongly preferred.
Existing VA, hospital, physician, or case management relationships are a plus.
Proven ability to generate referrals and grow business.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
