Vertus HealthCare is seeking a motivated and experienced Home Health Account Executive to help expand our Medicare Home Health services and grow our patient census throughout Palm Beach County, Florida .

We are looking for a relationship-driven healthcare sales professional who understands the home health market, can develop new referral sources, and can maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

Position Summary

The Home Health Account Executive will be responsible for developing referral relationships, identifying new business opportunities, increasing referrals, and supporting the growth of Vertus HealthCare's Medicare Home Health census.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working in the field and building relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, care managers, and other healthcare referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships throughout Palm Beach County.

• Generate new Medicare Home Health referrals and support consistent census growth.

• Develop new accounts while maintaining existing referral relationships.

• Conduct regular in-person visits with referral sources.

• Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

• Develop referral relationships with SNFs, ALFs, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, and other healthcare organizations.

• Educate referral sources about Vertus HealthCare's home health services.

• Follow up consistently with referral sources and prospective accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency's referral network.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, accounts, and follow-ups.

• Represent Vertus HealthCare at healthcare networking events, community events, and professional meetings.

• Monitor referral activity and contribute to achieving agency census and growth objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare sales, medical sales, or healthcare business development .

• Established book of business and strong referral relationships in Palm Beach County is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to generate healthcare referrals and develop new accounts.

• Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, or other healthcare providers.

• Knowledge of Medicare Home Health services is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.

• Comfortable working independently in the field.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
