Mission-Driven Executive Director — Community Impact Leader

The Latin American Coalition in Charlotte, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead the 35-year-old nonprofit through strengthening and stabilization, guided by fiscal stewardship, strategic leadership, and community engagement. The successful candidate will oversee a staff of ~12, manage a $1.9 million budget, lead fundraising initiatives with diverse partners, and report to the Board.
