Dental Territory Sales Manager
Location: Northern Illinois - Rockford, Joliet, Naperville, or Elgin
Salary: Base: $80,000 - $85,000
OTE: $150,000+ (uncapped)
Benefits: Full benefits include Medical (employee only), Dental, 401K, Vision, Car Allowance, PTO, All expenses paid
Travel: Overnight travel required: 50%

We are a leading provider in the dental industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Northern Illinois - Rockford, Joliet, Naperville, or Elgin!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
- Product Education & Demonstrations: Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of current dental sales experience in the desired territory
- Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Travel: Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
