About The Role
Lead the heart of our store: the kitchen. You’ll oversee our cooking classes and private events, guiding a talented team to create experiences guests remember long after the last bite. If you love to teach, perform, or simply light up a room, this is your stage. We welcome actors, teachers, performers, and food lovers who enjoy being in front of a crowd.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team in a positive, energizing culture
Bring the Sur La Table brand to life through engaging classes that turn first-time guests into loyal regulars
Deliver quality and consistency in every session, following our recipes and game plans
Partner with store leadership to drive traffic and engagement through classes and private events
Champion a Guest Obsessed culture in the kitchen and on the retail floor
Keep growing through ongoing training and new resources
