Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Chairside Assistance: Partner hand-in-hand with Dr. Grover across a comprehensive range of procedures, including preventive care, emergency dentistry, advanced crowns, bridges, cosmetic smile makeovers, and dental implants.
• Digital Radiography: Efficiently capture high-resolution digital X-rays and 3D cone beam scans to support precise, real-time diagnoses.
• Patient Advocacy & Comfort: Welcome patients into the operatory, prepare them for treatment with a reassuring demeanor, explain post-op instructions clearly, and answer any basic clinical questions.
• Sterilization & Compliance: Execute flawless room turnaround, maintain strict sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment, and keep the clinical bays meticulously organized and stocked.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: Arizona X-ray certification is strictly required.
• Experience: Proven hands-on chairside assistant experience in a fast-paced or tech-forward general dental practice is highly preferred.
• Clinical Versatility: Comfort assisting with diverse procedures, ranging from standard fillings and crown preps to emergency care and surgical or cosmetic workflows.
• Communication Style: A warm, empathetic, and communicative professional who naturally puts anxious patients at ease.
