Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven Family Service Advisor to join our team in Hayward, CA . In this role, you will guide families through pre-need and at-need cemetery and funeral planning , helping them make informed and meaningful decisions for themselves or their loved ones.

This is an opportunity to combine consultative sales , service , and personal purpose within an organization grounded in faith, compassion, and community.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families to discuss pre-need and at-need funeral and cemetery planning options
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand family needs and recommend meaningful solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and community outreach
• Follow up with families and provide exceptional, personalized service
• Manage your own success while working alongside a supportive and mission-driven team
• Represent CFCS values with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of performance-based sales experience required
• Prospecting and lead generation experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Passion for helping people through important life decisions
• Comfort working in a mission-driven, Catholic environment ( all faith backgrounds are welcome to apply )
• Driven to succeed and willing to put in the work to build your business
