IAM Analyst

Job Description

• Create, modify, disable, and terminate user accounts across the organization

• Build and maintain employee, student, and physician accounts

• Manage user access and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Perform daily administration within Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC)

• Support identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding

• Manage and troubleshoot Entra ID/Azure identity-related issues

• Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and administrative tasks

• Maintain security and compliance standards related to access management

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper user provisioning across systems

Document procedures and support IAM process improvements

Skills and Requirements

• 3–4 years of IAM experience supporting Active Directory (ADUC), Microsoft 365, and Entra ID/Azure AD

• Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning, account lifecycle management, and PowerShell scripting

• Security+ certification

High School Diploma or GED • Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Experience in a healthcare environment

• Experience supporting physician onboarding and credentialed user access

• Azure administration experience beyond Entra ID

Additional Microsoft or cybersecurity certifications
