Role Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on areas such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
• Engage in collaborative care with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Provide valuable education to patients and their families to foster progress during and beyond therapy sessions.
• Occasionally facilitate inpatient evaluations and treatments to ensure seamless continuity of care throughout patients' recovery journeys.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• A completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet achieved ASHA certification.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
