Job Description Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in leadership, team development, and business operations. Through hands-on training and direct involvement with our team, you will learn how successful teams are organized, supported, and led. You will work alongside experienced team members, participate in daily operations, develop communication and decision-making skills, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress. Responsibilities Participate in structured leadership and professional development training. Support daily team operations and organizational objectives. Assist with coordinating team activities, assignments, and priorities. Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and leadership. Learn effective approaches to coaching, motivation, and team development. Help maintain high standards of professionalism and performance. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions. Assist leadership with identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency. Develop practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Take on increasing levels of responsibility based on performance and development.
