Join our team at RHA Health Services! Responsible for managing psychotropic medications for the clients of RHA. Duties include initial psychiatric evaluation and subsequent follow‑up visits for medication evaluation and management. RHA’s Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services are community‑based treatment services in North Carolina for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or behavioral health needs. As a key member of the ACTT, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment to adults with serious mental illness/substance use diagnosis, offers education and training to ACT team staff, and develops, implements, and supervises medication, psychiatric, and medical treatment policies and procedures. The practitioner works in conjunction with other team members to ensure that psychiatric services are integrated into the overall treatment of each client.
