What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Norton Service Center, you will help maintain the reliability, performance, and safety of our wash operations by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
• Completing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general repairs
• Working with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment issues
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety standards
• Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures consistently and accurately

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
• Electrical skills in schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
• Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and control systems
• Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful
• Ability to work occasional overtime based on business need

Pay and Perks

• Pay : $25.00-$32.00/hour, based on experience + $0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Work Schedule

Available Shifts (Monday-Friday):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
