Maintenance Technician

Regional Maintenance TechnicianWinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Maintenance Technician to join our regional team in the Greater Boston area. This regional position may be assigned to any property in the portfolio and is expected to work at multiple sites throughout Greater Boston in Attleboro, Walpole, Franklin, Stoughton, Fall River, Raynham and Quincy based on the need. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in your assigned communities, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. You will also lead and train other maintenance technicians on the team. The pay range for this role is $30.00-$35.00 per hour dependent on experience.
