CRE Client Services Specialist

Full-Time | Onsite in Boca Raton, FL

A leading boutique commercial real estate firm is seeking a proactive, highly organized CRE Client Services Specialist to support its Boca Raton-based advisory practice.

This role is ideal for someone with strong client service experience in a real estate environment who enjoys supporting brokers, coordinating client-facing materials, managing details, and helping ensure a polished, responsive client experience. Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with strong residential real estate client service, transaction coordination, or brokerage support experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment. This person should be comfortable communicating with clients, brokers, vendors, and partners while keeping information, follow-up items, and client deliverables organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client service and brokerage support activities
• Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, follow-up, and project coordination
• Coordinate property information, listing materials, marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
• Maintain CRM data, client records, prospect lists, follow-up tracking, and broker activity
• Help ensure listings, brochures, online materials, and client-facing documents are accurate, polished, and current
• Assist with email campaigns, property marketing, social media support, and other business development initiatives
• Maintain organized files, templates, checklists, and internal tracking systems
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, vendors, and partners to help keep projects and deliverables moving
• Provide select scheduling, calendar, and administrative support as needed

Required Experience

• Client service, brokerage support, transaction coordination, marketing coordination, or administrative experience within a real estate environment
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong residential real estate client service or brokerage support experience will also be considered
• Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, email marketing platforms, listing materials, and related business tools
• Ability to follow up consistently, track details, and support client-facing work with accuracy and professionalism
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to support a growing boutique real estate firm

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Boca Raton, Florida. The position requires working in the office five days per week.
