The Role: This is a dual-track position, we’d love for you to do both, but if you excel at one, we’ll build around your strengths:

• Fitness Director - Oversee the PT department, manage trainers, track performance, lead consultations, and drive results.
• Personal Trainer - Work directly with clients, build your book, and deliver exceptional sessions.
• You set your own schedule. You lead your own lane.

Compensation:

• Competitive base hourly pay.
• Performance-based commission tied directly to the growth of our PT department. The more clients you retain, the more YOU earn. This is a shared win model.

Who We’re Looking For:
