Accounting Clerk
\nTemp to Hire -- Fully onsite
\nLas Vegas, Nevada
\nPay $25-26 per hour
\n \nWe are seeking Accounting Clerk for a temp to hire position for a well-established event company.
\n \nKey Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:
\n- \n
- Will be responsible for handling the AP duties, including matching invoice and processing the payments \n
- Will be responsible for handling the AR duties, including invoice/billing and light collection calls \n
- Responsible for processing payroll for 10 EE in ADP \n
- Handle the vendor management, including any research and discrepancies \n
- Handle the check runs and reconciliations \n
Key Requirements for the Accounting Clerk
\n- \n
- 3+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience \n
- Experience with processing payroll \n
- QuickBooks is preferred, but will train \n
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized \n
- Ability to work well independently and has strong accuracy \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
