Overview Join our team as a Regional CDL A Truck Driver operating along the Eastern Seaboard. This role offers consistent weekly miles, 100% no-touch freight, and a structured paid training program to support drivers in building a stable career. Responsibilities Regional routes throughout the Eastern Seaboard Home time: Every 14 days with 2 full days off Day and night shifts available Compensation Pay rate: $0.55 – $0.65 per mile (based on experience and performance) Estimated weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,400 (depending on miles driven) $300 paid for orientation Additional $15 per stop pay Training and Support for Drivers Guaranteed weekly pay during initial training period 4 to 6 weeks paid mentor program with experienced driver Structured onboarding to help you succeed from day one Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Assigned late-model equipment Rider and pet ride-along policy available after completion of training Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Must be at least 21 years of age Completion of a certified CDL training program with 120+ hours No DUI or major moving violations in the past 5 years Must pass DOT-required urine and hair follicle drug screening Consistent and verifiable work history This position provides reliable routes, predictable home time, and full support for drivers looking to establish a long-term career in regional trucking.
